NOTES:
  1. Strictly no Spray Paint Canisters or Water Pistols allowed
  2. Two Admission Passes allocated with each Stand
  3. You will be invoiced upon receipt of this Application Form
  4. All Stands to be paid for by the end of May.
    Any unpaid stands will be re-allocated.
COSTS:
  1. Large Stand - £110.00 - 20-ft Frontage x 40-ft deep (Ground only)
  2. Small Stand - £55.00 - 10-ft Frontage x 20-ft deep (Ground only)
  3. Additional Staff - Tickets £6.00 each
  4. Cheques should be made payable to;
